Dissecting disintegration
It's been a quite time on my end, just taking some time to appreciate the journey in getting here.
Lawson City: disintegration has been out for a few months now, and is easily my favorite book I've written. It was so fun to pull these characters out of the box to play with them again. Seeing where they are now and during the worst time in their lives, was challenging to say the least. And I might just be repeating myself from my previous blog, but time has gone by and I still feel the same way. Plus, I'm not going to reread a blog! I've already read and reread all of my previous works multiple times, I gotta take a break...from myself!
But as the trees change color and begin to fall, the ideas start to swirl around in my head. As I mentioned at the end of disintegration, readers can expect bonus short stories here and there to fill in the blanks. It was already my longest book to date, and I didn't want to fill it up with too much back story and exposition, that folks might think it could be the latest Stephen King novel.
I wanted to write a blog to let you know where I'm at on that.
It's still happening! I'm just working on a way to deliver these stories to you in a way that makes the most sense for me as the writer and as you the reader.
Check back often for more information and where you can get your hands on this bonus material. As for right now, I gotta go, but I will try and come back soon with more more substance in a blog.
See you then,
TF
